Nikolay Seleznev joined Uzum as a member of the founding management team in early 2022 and currently serves as Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer and Member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Seleznev has extensive experience in Strategy, M&A and Special Situations. Prior to joining Uzum, he worked at ERG, leading diversified naturalresources group, and covered projects in Kazakhstan, Africa and Latin America. Before ERG Seleznev worked in management consulting and investment banking in London and Moscow. Mr. Seleznev received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in economics and finance from the Higher School of Economics.
