Recognized as Africa's most influential investment coach, Dr. Stephen Akintayo is the Chairman of SACI Holdings, a private equity investment firm with interests in artificial intelligence-driven companies, scalable businesses, and emerging markets. He is also the Founder of Gtext Holdings, a multinational conglomerate with subsidiaries including Gtext Homes, a real estate company overseeing more than twenty combined multi-million-dollar residential and commercial real estate projects worldwide. The company has over twenty estates across West Africa, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and most recently the United States, with upcoming developments in Southeast Texas (Greater Houston Area). Additionally, Dr. Akintayo is the Founder and President of the Stephen Akintayo Foundation and a member of the Forbes Business Council, where he was recognized as the winner of the Forbes Best of Africa Leading Investment Coach & Real Estate Mogul Award. The Foundation is on a mission to raise over one million first-time millionaires by the year 2050, with 70% of them being of African heritage, including Africans in the diaspora. This philanthropic vision led to the creation of Stephen Akintayo Online Wealth University in 2020. The institution provides practical and in-depth training in real estate brokerage and investment, e-commerce, digital marketing, cryptocurrency, forex trading, stocks and shares, business structuring and grants, talent monetization, and more. Dr. Akintayo was born in the northeastern part of Nigeria, in Borno State, to a businessman father and a civil servant mother. He and his four siblings were raised in a very impoverished environment, sustained primarily by his mother’s modest salary after his father’s contract business collapsed before his birth. His passion for philanthropy was deeply inspired by his challenging upbringing. In his own words: “My surname was poverty. Hunger was my biggest challenge. I had to scavenge throughout primary school just to eat lunch because I didn’t go to school with lunch packs. We were too poor to afford that. Things improved slightly during my secondary school days, but my mum would borrow money from her colleagues each term to send me to school. It was humiliating seeing the way they looked at her as someone who kept begging. It hurt deeply. I hated poverty, and I prayed to help more families come out of it.” At 17, Dr. Akintayo read his first business book, *Rich Dad, Poor Dad* by Robert Kiyosaki, which changed the trajectory of his life. At the same age, he began selling GNLD food supplements introduced to him by his cousin. His first online business involved selling e-books he purchased for N3,000. He ventured into several other businesses along the way. His primary drive was to reward his hardworking mother, who sacrificed everything to educate her five children. Today, Dr. Akintayo has achieved numerous milestones across multiple industries. He is a prolific author with over forty-five book titles to his name, including the bestselling *Billionaire Habits* series and its sequel, *Billionaire Codes*, which has sold thousands of copies globally. Other titles include *Billionaire Habits for Pastors*, *Billionaire Habits for Entrepreneurs*, *Becoming a Billionaire Land Banker*, *Survival Instincts*, *The Information Millionaire*, *Maximizing Your Real Estate Investment*, *Managing Family Finance*, among others. Dr. Stephen is also a multimedia personality. He hosts the radio show *CEO Mentorship with Stephen Akintayo*. In 2020, he launched the business-focused television show *Investment Chat in a Rolls Royce with Dr. Stephen Akintayo*, blending luxury, entertainment, and investment discussions. The show was presented in two editions — Nigerian and Dubai — with the Nigerian series airing on Channels TV since 2020, as well as across his social media platforms. He is also the creator and host of *The Billionaire Habits Podcast*, where successful entrepreneurs share their journeys of overcoming adversity and achieving legitimate success, inspiring and educating the next generation. The first edition was shot and produced in Dubai. In February 2022, he began filming his third show, *Big Talk with DSA*, a politically focused platform aimed at reshaping the mindset of young people and empowering them with the knowledge required to birth a new generation of leaders. In 2021, Dr. Akintayo hosted the Global Property Brokers Conference, the largest brokers’ conference in Africa, which has now evolved into the Global Property Festival. The platform has featured international business leaders such as Grant Cardone, Ryan Serhant, and world-renowned leadership expert John C. Maxwell. In 2022, he organized the Global Wealth Festival & Leadership Conference across three global locations: Nigeria, London, and the United States. The Dallas, Texas edition in July 2022 featured Grant Cardone as keynote speaker, while former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo served as keynote speaker at the Dubai edition. Dr. Akintayo has also hosted notable figures including Robert Kiyosaki, Dr. Brian Tracy, and Dr. Les Brown at his conferences, virtual sessions, and community initiatives. He convenes the Believers' Wealth Conference and the Family Finance Conference, which teach biblical wealth principles and guide couples on building legitimate transgenerational wealth. Dr. Akintayo strongly believes that young Nigerians with a passion for entrepreneurship can spark a business revolution in Nigeria and across the globe. He hosts the annual Upgrade Summit, a kickoff conference designed to prepare young people worldwide for the year ahead and equip them to achieve significant milestones. He is a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, where he earned a degree in Microbiology. He is a member of the Institute of Strategic Management (ISMN) and a graduate of Harvard University’s Executive Program, where he studied Essential Management Skills for Emerging Leaders and Real Estate Investment. In 2020, he was awarded a Doctor of Science (D.Sc., Honoris Causa) in Real Estate Development & Corporate Leadership by the European American University. He is also a trained coach certified by The Coaching Academy (United Kingdom). In 2022, he received a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and Management from Myles Leadership University, Cotonou, Benin. In July 2023, he was conferred the Forbes Best of Africa Leading Investment Coach and Real Estate Global Award. He is a multiple award-winning fellow recognized by several global organizations, including the Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World (TOYP) JCI Award 2015 from Junior Chamber International Nigeria. Dr. Akintayo resides between Houston, Texas, United States, and Nigeria. He is happily married and blessed with three children — two boys and a girl.
