Tonushree runs a boutique human resources consulting firm that helps companies achieve business results through talent, culture and leadership strategies. She works closely with clients as a trusted advisor and an executive coach and has more than 20 years’ experience helping companies improve their organizational performance and leadership impact. Prior to starting her own firm, she was the SVP - Organization Effectiveness at Hudson's Bay Company. Prior to HBC, Tonushree was the North American Practice Leader of the Leadership & Organization Performance business at Mercer Consulting and a partner in the firm. As a part of her role, she led a team of partners and associates specializing in the areas of Senior Leader Effectiveness, Leadership Development, HR Transformation and Talent Management. She spent fifteen years at Mercer working closely with senior leaders across a number of different industries in large global companies on various issues of talent strategy and execution. She has lived and worked across Asia and North America. Tonushree has an MBA in Human Resources and a graduate degree in Economics. She is an ICF certified coach and an ELI- MP. She is also certified in Hogan Assessments. She has published articles in WorkSpan, HRPS and spoken at WorldatWork, HRPS, PA Conference for Women and the HR Tech Conference.
