I have been the Chief Human Resources Officer at Fortive since 2016, leading the human capital strategy for a global industrial technology company that creates essential technologies for the businesses that drive the world. With over 20 years of experience in HR and talent management, I have a proven track record of developing and executing programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention across our diverse and dynamic portfolio of businesses. My passion is to foster a culture of inclusion and growth, where every employee can thrive and contribute to our innovation and performance. I partner with our senior leaders and board members to ensure alignment and collaboration on our vision, values, and goals.
