Jaime Raskulinecz is the CEO and Founder of Next Generation Services in Roseland, New Jersey, which specializes in comprehensive account administration and transaction support services for self-directed retirement accounts. Its sister firm, Next Generation Trust Company – a South Dakota licensed, chartered trust company – acts as the custodian for all accounts. Ms. Raskulinecz founded Next Generation in 2004 out of a desire to make real estate investments within her IRA, but was limited by a lack of professionals to help her make those transactions. Determined to be part of the solution, she founded Next Generation as part of a national network of third-party administrators of self-directed retirement plans. In 2011, after significant growth and success, Ms. Raskulinecz decided to start her own truly independent firm, Next Generation Trust Services. In 2017 she launched Next Generation Trust Company, the realization of a longstanding goal. To date, the company holds over $600 million in assets for thousands of client accounts. In addition to her leadership at Next Generation, Ms. Raskulinecz is also CEO and Principal of Rainbow Property Management. She is a New Jersey licensed real estate broker and an active member of many national and statewide real estate organizations. She is passionate about educating consumers and professionals on self-directed retirement plans to help investors and advisors better understand the options and requirements involved. A recognized expert in this field, she is a frequent speaker and interviewee on the topic of including alternative assets within self-directed retirement plans, and has contributed articles to prominent finance and investment publications. In 2014, Ms. Raskulinecz joined the Board of Trustees of Green Hill, Inc., the nonprofit organization that owns and manages Green Hill Retirement Community in West Orange, NJ. She served as Vice Chair of the Board until the facility’s successful sale in 2019. Recent awards and honors: Ms. Raskulinecz was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award in the New Jersey Region for 2017 and 2018. The awards program recognizes entrepreneurs excelling in areas such as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. She was also recognized as one of the 2017 Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs in New Jersey and she was honored with the 2017 NJBIZ ICON HONORS award, which recognizes New Jersey business leaders over the age of 60 for their notable success and demonstrated strong leadership within and outside of their chosen field.
