Terrence McCrossan is CEO of Oversight Systems, a world-leading SaaS provider of spend management and financial risk mitigation solutions. Oversight's products are used by many of the world's leading brands to reduce cash leakage and improve compliance across Corporate spend programs. Terrence has a track record of success in leading strategic planning, marketing and operations for Fortune 200 and start-up organizations. In addition to driving Oversight's success, this includes rebuilding the product portfolio of a $250M payments business, reinventing the market strategy and positioning of a $1.5 billion dollar HCM business, leading the go-to-market planning and scaling of cloud-based (SaaS) service lines, and driving numerous business development and acquisition activities that expanded capabilities in core and adjacent markets. He has also been deeply involved with improving the client experience across multiple elements of service delivery. This includes being a hands-on operating GM, direct responsibility for Net Promoter programs and client research, and direct leadership of large-scale client experience and process improvement initiatives.
