Nishant is the founder and CEO of Docket, a Y Combinator–backed startup that is transforming how software teams test web applications through the power of AI. Supported by top investors including Ignite Ventures and Progressive Ventures, Docket empowers engineering teams to automate complex testing workflows, accelerate release cycles, and ship higher-quality software. Before launching Docket, Nishant was a software engineer at Stripe, where he worked on the core API services team. The team was responsible for the API gateway - the critical entry point for all of Stripe’s API traffic, scaling it to handle 30,000 requests per second with six-nines reliability (99.9999% uptime). Earlier in his career, Nishant was a software engineer at Brex, where he earned the fastest promotion to Senior Engineer for launching Brex’s first procurement product. He also built the entire synthetic test suite for Brex’s Bill Pay offering, an experience that directly inspired the creation of Docket. Today, through Docket, Nishant is pioneering the future of AI-driven quality assurance, helping companies ship software faster, safer, and with confidence.
