Christopher L. Washington, Ph.D. is a Distinguished Fellow, Innovative Leadership Institute, where he focuses on developing intrapreneurs who strengthen organizations through creativity, adaptability, and proactive innovation; aiding in the design of workplace cultures that support experimentation, learning, and resilience; and on analyzing trends in leadership development, culture redesign, and system transformation. He also serves as Senior Fellow with International Strategic Management, and serves on the board of the International Visitors Council. He is Provost Emeritus of Franklin University, where he served as the Chief Academic Officer for over 20 years.
