Fran has over 25 years of HR, change management and business transformation experience working with a variety of organizations and industries to enhance their performance through developing differentiated employee experience, designing efficient organizations, and transforming organizational culture. Currently, Fran leads Protiviti's People & Change business globally. Prior to joining Protiviti, Fran was a leader of various businesses at Willis Towers Watson where he spent over 20 years working closely with some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations.
