I am a visionary CEO, category creator, and disruptor redefining what leadership looks like in the age of data. As the CEO of Fierce Inc., I lead a global movement to evolve Emotional Intelligence into Ethical Biometric Intelligence™—a new standard for awareness and performance in the modern workplace. I joined Fierce in 2017 after a career in finance and operations with multinational firms including Agilent Technologies, Avnet Inc., PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Arthur Andersen. What drew me to Fierce was founder Susan Scott’s belief that one conversation can change everything. I saw the opportunity to turn that belief into measurable science. Since becoming CEO in 2020, I have guided Fierce through digital transformation, built scalable infrastructure, and led the creation of Pulse by Fierce, a patented platform that merges biometric data with conversation frameworks to measure readiness, stress, and resilience. This innovation has positioned Fierce at the forefront of leadership technology—validated by Korn Ferry and used by Fortune 500 companies, first-responder organizations, and global enterprises. Before Fierce, I helped scale and exit an Ambulatory Surgery Center startup as CFO, giving me firsthand perspective on what it takes to grow and sell a company. I hold an active CPA license and executive certificates in Entrepreneurship from both Wharton and Harvard, reflecting a lifelong commitment to learning and disciplined growth. Outside of work, I’m an avid road cyclist logging over 120 miles a week—a practice that fuels my focus, balance, and creativity. My purpose is to help people turn awareness into action, data into humanity, and leadership into measurable impact.
