Somehow as a kid born in small town India, I lucked into 3 incredibly different careers and the opportunity to impact Billions of dollars globally! I grew up knowing only one thing - that I wanted to be a professional athlete. I spent 8 hours for 15 years just grinding to be the best I could be at Badminton —until a shoulder injury at 21 ended that dream. Not knowing what to do with the new found time, and being rather bored with engineering school, I decided to do the only thing that was more difficult than being an athlete - building a start up. For 5 years after, I built one of the largest student platforms in India called Campus Diaries. As a 21 year old in an ecosystem that had just started - it was an incredible experience of learning from the first principles what it meant to create value. It changed my life. After Campus Diaries, I hit pause, moved to the U.S., and earned my MS in Analytics from UC Davis—graduating with the Leadership Award, Alumni Fellowship Award, Beta Gamma Sigma, and later, the Rising Star Award for distinguished alumni. My third career was in corporate America—first at Charles Schwab, where I did analytics for $1.5T of consumer assets, shaping strategy across the brokerage industry. Then at Meta, I led its largest advertising partnerships, influencing marketing strategy to hundreds of millions of users globally. I had the opportunity to advise CxOs of some of the largest eComm companies on all things growth! But once you have tasted the high of creating value as a founder, nothing else is exciting. So I am now back to building combining my consumer instincts with scaled Advertising experience to build a performance marketing co-pilot through Distribution Labs
