As CEO of Roots, Chaz leads the company’s vision and strategy, focusing on the development and deployment of insurance AI Agents that seamlessly integrate into existing business processes. With a wealth of experience in the financial services industry and a deep understanding of business operations, Chaz is dedicated to helping organizations enhance their productivity and efficiency through intelligent automation. He’s led teams with thousands of employees, at one point leading a team of 7,000 people across 50 countries. Before founding Roots Automation (now simply, Roots), Chaz was the Chief Transformation Officer and Head of Global Business Services for AIG, Inc. Outside of work, Chaz sits on the board of Habitat for Humanity NYC.
