I am a Chicago-based Senior Managing Director and member of Accenture’s Americas Leadership Team responsible for our Strategy Practice. Additionally, I am responsible for Accenture's Cost & Productivity Reinvention capabilities. Beyond my leadership role, I work with management teams and the boards of directors of publicly traded and privately held companies to drive enterprise value through growth strategies, operating model designs and structural cost resets. I am the co-author of The Big Zero: The Transformation of ZBB Into a Force for Growth, Innovation and Competitive Advantage as well as responsible for Accenture’s Business Futures research program, which focuses on identifying signals, opportunities and risks that will shape the future of enterprises and their competitiveness. I hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. My wife Brooke and I live in Chicago with our four children.
