I am Founder & CEO of CapCure, a fundraising intelligence platform for health and wellness companies. I am also Principal at OBI Advisors, a boutique M&A advisory firm. I forged my deal expertise working for 10 years at top New York City firms as a corporate finance attorney structuring million- and billion-dollar M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. In addition to financing transactions, I bring three years of operational experience supporting industry-sponsored clinical research studies. I earned my undergraduate degree from Duke University, law degree from Columbia Law School and am certified in Private Equity by Wharton Online. When not working, I spend my time experimenting in the kitchen with healthy recipes, sprinting on the track, strength training at the gym, taking a boxing class or touring art galleries and museums
