Nathan Goldman, Ph.D, CPA, is the Dean’s Scholar, University Faculty Scholar, and Park Faculty Scholar at the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University. He teaches graduate courses in taxation. His research focuses on corporate taxation and the intersection of taxes and business strategy everywhere, from executive compensation to executive trading to the role that taxation plays in real corporate decisions. He is particularly passionate about connecting research with real-world applications. Before entering academia, he worked at Deloitte, and he is a licensed CPA. When not working, he enjoys watching sports (Arizona Wildcats & Dallas Cowboys), playing golf, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
