Dr Nara Ringrose has over 30 years of experience in international HR management, organizational development, and executive leadership. She holds a Ph.D. and is a Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). She is also affiliated with the UK Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), UK Institute of Leadership & Management, the Australian HR Institute, the Canadian HR Executive, and the USA SHRM. Nara serves as a national expert on the British Standards Institute Human Capital Committee and volunteers by mentoring and coaching individuals on leadership and management matters. Dr Ringrose is the Chief People Officer at Cyclife UK Limited (part of EDF), where she leads the HR function. Her responsibilities include people excellence, human capital development, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. Previously, Dr Ringrose was Head of People and Organisational Development at Cyclife Aquila Nuclear; Director of HR at Porton Biopharma Ltd. She has also served as Global Manager of HR & People Excellence at Petrofac, Regional Human Resources Manager at Saipem UK, Rio Tinto, and British American Tobacco, and as a Visiting Lecturer at several universities. Dr Ringrose's expertise covers all areas of HR management, including diversity and inclusion, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic HRM. She also advises chief executives and start-ups across various industries on various HR & leadership matters. As a mentor, trainer, and guest lecturer in leadership and management, Nara is passionate about education and effective business performance and is dedicated to developing others.
