Malte Kramer is the Founder and CEO of Luxury Presence, one of the fastest-growing AI-powered marketing platforms for top real estate agents and brokers. Since launching Luxury Presence in 2016, Malte has scaled the company to over $85M in annual recurring revenue, achieving consistent annual growth of more than 30% for the past three consecutive years. Under his leadership, Luxury Presence now serves over 87,000 real estate agents across 17,000 real estate businesses worldwide. Luxury Presence has raised $52 million from notable investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Switch Ventures, Tobia Capital, Zillow Co-Founder Spencer Rascoff, renowned real estate agent Jade Mills, real estate coach Tom Ferry, NBA Champion Dirk Nowitzki, and NFL Pro Larry Fitzgerald. Originally from Germany, Malte came to the U.S. on a basketball scholarship at Pepperdine University, ultimately graduating as valedictorian. He began his entrepreneurial career by founding Givrr, a fundraising app, before earning his MBA from Stanford University. Malte’s contributions to PropTech have earned him recognition as a HousingWire Rising Star (2021), Rising Entrepreneur of the Year by dot.LA (2022), and a HousingWire Tech Trendsetter (2023). He is also the author of "Play for Something," a guidebook for student-athletes. Outside of his entrepreneurial pursuits, Malte remains a competitive athlete, having finished a half Ironman, and is a dedicated rescue dog dad. He lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife Carolina.
