Manit is the Co-Founder and CTO of UPI Study, an education board reshaping how students around the world earn and transfer college credits. His work sits at the intersection of technology, policy and pathways, serving over 130,000 learners and partnering with universities, districts and workforce programs across the U.S. and Canada. Manit has also worked on TransferCredit.org, the largest non-profit data source for transfer possibilities, with 190K+ transfer options for students—an all-in-one hub where learners can search and verify credit-transfer pathways for almost anything. Manit built UPI Study to solve a clear problem: college has become too expensive and too slow for the realities of today’s students. By combining accredited online courses with smart technology, we help learners finish degrees faster and reduce tuition costs in meaningful ways. Beyond technology, he leads partnerships and growth, working closely with institutions, ed-tech companies and state programs to expand access to accredited learning. Manit Kaushal's background includes research and training at Purdue, Brown and Harvard, early entrepreneurial exits and experience evaluating global ed-tech investments. Above everything, Manit is driven by a belief that education should expand opportunity, not limit it. Manit's focus now is scaling solutions that make that belief real for millions of students.
