Michael currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Lucra, a venture-backed consumer technology startup that provides gamification services to consumer platforms, in-person entertainment facilities, and media companies. Prior to his role at Lucra, he worked in the Executive Office at Goldman Sachs. As part of his focus on corporate strategy, Michael helped to launch and operate the firm's global incubator, GS Accelerate, which provides employees with startup capital, resources, and support to build new businesses. Prior to his role in the EO, he worked in GS' investment banking practice, spending time in Madrid and San Francisco, and covering clients across the healthcare, technology, and consumer sectors. Michael is a founding member of the Goldman Sachs Social Impact Advisory Committee. Outside of work, Michael enjoys volunteering for several non-profits focused on education and immigration. He is also an MBA & Career Coach for Leland. Michael received his MBA at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. He graduated Cum Laude from Williams College, where he was a Political Economy major, with a minor in Leadership Studies and Spanish. While at Williams, Michael was a member of the Men's Varsity Soccer Team, Baxter Fellow, Sports Broadcaster, and Teaching Assistant for Acting. Michael also founded a company while on campus, winning the Williams College Business Plan Competition, for his work with Peck, a social mobile application serving the Williams community. Despite this award, he hopes his current startup fairs better than his collegiate one.
