Bill Oldham is a proven entrepreneur with three decades of experience and a passion for solving critical challenges at the intersection of technology and healthcare. Launching his career on Wall Street, Bill has consistently paired strong financial discipline with his passion for patient care. Successfully launching and exiting multiple startups, Bill continues to innovate on behalf of patients living with rare disease and complex conditions in his role as President and co-founder of AscellaHealth. Since launching AscellaHealth in 2013, Bill has grown the organization into a leading Specialty Pharmacy solutions company, developing novel solutions that address unmet client and patient needs. Architecting a global expansion and growth strategy, AscellaHealth has earned several accolades in 2025, including its fourth consecutive spot on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies, the Financial Times list of The Americas’ Fastest Growing Companies and a Stevie silver award for Fastest Growing Company of the Year. In addition, Bill was personally named a 2025 Philadelphia Titan 100 Hall of Fame Honoree. With a deep appreciation for the talent and expertise of his employees, Bill fosters an entrepreneurial spirit that drives the company's commitment to patient-centric care and the development of innovative, tech-enabled solutions. To further his impact, Bill launched his own nonprofit, Thought Leadership & Innovation Foundation (TLI), which actively works to improve basic health for target conditions, including autism and limb loss. Bill earned an MBA from Manchester Business School where he focused on entrepreneurship and venture finance. In addition, Bill earned a Blockchain Technologies certification for Business Innovation and Application from MIT Sloan School of Management.
