With over 20 years of experience in IT, innovation, and people development, I bring a unique blend of entrepreneurial and academic expertise. As a serial entrepreneur and professor of innovation at the University of Ljubljana, I’ve co-founded several startups, including e2grow, which has a global network of 160 partners serving top-tier clients like Volvo, Electrolux, and Pfizer. My academic background, including a Ph.D. in innovation and a visiting scholar position at UC Berkeley, complements my practical experience. I have also mentored startups in accelerators across the US, Europe, and South America, guiding the next generation of innovators.
