As Alianza’s Chief Growth Officer, Jonathan directs the company’s end-to-end growth strategy, aligning Sales, Customer Success, Customer Engineering, Commercial Operations, and Growth Marketing. He brings deep telecommunications expertise and is committed to driving scalable growth and helping service providers launch modern, intelligent communications experiences. Jonathan joined Alianza from Cisco, where he led the Cisco Collaboration team responsible for working with strategic service providers in the Americas. Prior to its acquisition by Cisco, he spent nearly 12 years at BroadSoft in strategic sales, where he specialized in selling cutting-edge UC solutions to network operators.
