Melissa DiMuro is a dynamic business leader, skilled at identifying the seen and unseen connections in the organizational system that impact business performance. With the ability to connect the dots, quickly diagnose organizations and act as a close business partner, she brings human capital strategy to the bottom line, maximizing an organization’s most precious asset - its people. A versatile change agent with experience across 3 industries across the globe, Melissa is passionate about taking organizations to their next level of performance. She has demonstrated experience in scaling organizations by up to 4X, deploying systemic strategies to create sustainable growth, while creating the talent strategy and organization required to win. Melissa is presently the Chief People, Culture and Marketing Officer for Limbach Holdings (NSQ: LMB), a publicly traded specialty construction Company offering mechanical, electrical, plumbing and engineering solutions across the US. Since joining the Limbach in 2021, Melissa has been responsible for redefining the People & Culture strategy, navigating the company’s shift to an increasingly owner-direct business, expanding into new markets through acquisition and has demonstrated the strategic impact of people strategies, including a reduction in turnover by 31%. In January, 2023, Melissa’s role expanded to include leadership of the marketing function. Melissa is a passionate advocate for the community and presently serves on the Board of Directors for The Spring of Tampa Bay, focused on supporting the survivors of domestic violence. She is a champion for diversity and has led the strategy for each organization she has been a part of, as well as serving as a leader of the GE Women’s Network. She presently serves on the Board of Directors for Fe League, an organization committed to growing a pipeline of professional women through development and mentorship.
