Em Sauter is an award winning cartoonist and founder of Pints and Panels, a website established in 2010 that focuses on Visual Drinks Education. She covers beer and spirits for Forbes since 2023. She tries hard to put her whimsical illustrations into as many articles as she can. She is an Advanced Cicerone® (one of only 167 in the world), public speaker and an international beer judge, having judged beer competitions on five continents. She is the author of four books about beer and is the co-host of the "All About Beer" podcast. She resides in New England where she loves drinking hazy IPAs and G&Ts.
