Chris led global sales teams, and closed transformative deals with some of the world’s largest Fortune 100 brands like FedEx, CVS, and Wells Fargo. His track record speaks for itself: record-breaking growth across the U.S. and Canada, deal sizes that kept rising, and a 98% retention rate across strategic accounts. Now at Parloa, Chris brings his bias for action and deep understanding of enterprise dynamics to a company reinventing customer experience, a category primed for innovation. Since joining, he’s helped global enterprises turn customer service into a source of revenue, agility, and competitive edge. Parloa’s AI agent management platform (AMP) allows enterprises to build, deploy, and manage agents across channels with enterprise-grade reliability and speed. Chris holds a BBA in Marketing from Monmouth University and has completed advanced sales and leadership programs.
