Hi, I’m Dr. Richard Osibanjo. Helping leaders align strategy, culture, and execution—so people thrive, and organizations transform. I collaborate with executives and teams who want more than just results—they want alignment, clarity, and a culture that enhances performance. As Chief of Staff and Director of Organizational Transformation at Intel, I oversee strategy activation, business operations, and headcount planning—turning bold ideas into scalable outcomes across people, processes, and performance. I’m an author, Forbes Leadership Strategy columnist, and global emcee/speaker, known for engaging audiences with practical insights and powerful storytelling. I’ve spoken across four continents—Africa, Europe, Asia, and North America—at platforms including the Institute of Management Studies, Women Presidents Organization, Canadian Orthopedic Association, International Coaching Federation, World Business Executive Coaching Summit, HP, Kellogg School of Management, and Owl Financial, bringing a global perspective to leadership and transformation. As a member of the Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches, I coach purpose-driven executives and organizations navigating complexity, growth, and cultural change. My transformation work has shaped enterprise-wide initiatives that have affected tens of thousands of employees and critical business operations across multiple regions and sectors. Before all this, I was a chemist with a Ph.D. from the University of California, Davis. I eventually shifted from molecules to mindsets—a journey that continues to influence how I lead today: boldly, results-driven, with empathy and purpose at the core. Outside of work, I co-founded CLG, a foundation that helps leaders connect, learn, and grow together. I live in Portland, Oregon, with my wife and two sons, and I always welcome opportunities to connect.
