I am a leading expert on policy, equity, and growth potential across sport and esport industry segments. I am a professor (Syracuse University), researcher, and consultant. I hold a Ph.D. from the University of Florida. My research focuses on seeking to combat the underrepresentation of women leaders and women and girl participants at the intercollegiate and professional levels of sport and esport competition. I am an active researcher in these spaces. I have presented at national and international conferences and I have published over 30 refereed journal articles, reports, and book chapters across a variety of academic segments in the areas of management, computer science, vocational behavior, organizational behavior, technology, sociology, communications, and sustainability science. My research is consistently featured across international mass media outlets.
