Gabriel Sidere is the President of Florida Wellness Company, where he leads franchise development and operations for MassageLuXe locations across Greater Orlando. A seasoned executive with more than 25 years of international business experience, Gabriel previously served as Office Managing Partner for the global law firm CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang in Bucharest, Romania, where he led strategic growth and advised multinational companies on complex regulatory and commercial matters. Gabriel also serves as a Visual Intelligence Expert Fellow at Handshake AI Solutions, researching AI's capacity to communicate complex ideas visually. He is a board member of IDignity, supporting its mission to help individuals reclaim their identity and rebuild their future. Additionally, he serves as Vice Chair on committees within the International Association of Defense Counsel, focusing on corporate compliance and dispute resolution. His work spans strategic operations, international business development, and organizational transformation. He earned an MBA from Rollins College and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree centered on organizational sensemaking and strategic alignment.
