Matt oversees legal issues across each of Dynamo Software's business units. He is also responsible for corporate governance and business policy. After launching his career by helping a healthcare system design and implement enterprise-level software solutions, Matt practiced at top law firms, including Ropes & Gray and Choate Hall & Stewart. Just prior to joining Dynamo, Matt served as general counsel for a $10 billion asset manager. There, he managed the firm's legal and regulatory departments and worked across all core business functions. Matt holds an A.B. from Middlebury College, studied on the General Course at the London School of Economics, and received a J.D., cum laude with honors, from Northwestern Law. He has also earned recognition as a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star.
