Ayaskant Sarangi is the Chief Human Resource Officer and a member of the Executive Council at Mphasis with over two and half decades of experience in various facets of human resources and a deep commitment to driving organizational success through strategic human resources management. As CHRO, Ayaskant leads the company's global human resources strategy and operations; talent management, including recruitment and leadership development; and overseeing the company's talent lifecycle and development including all aspects of HR Operations. As a CHRO, Ayaskant has a proven track record of leading HR functions with expertise in various facets of human resources, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, mergers, and acquisitions, learning and development, and analytics. Prior to joining Mphasis, Ayaskant served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Wipro Enterprises, where he led the company's human resources functions, having served in various HR leadership roles at Wipro Limited before that. Earlier to Wipro, Ayaskant worked with organizations such as General Electric, Infosys Technologies, and Larsen & Toubro. During his tenure at General Electric, Ayaskant dedicated over a decade to the company, spending 8 years with GE Healthcare and three years with GE Corporate. Ayaskant holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from NIT Surat and a master’s degree in human resources from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
