I am a Chief Human Resources Officer and enterprise people strategist who partners with CEOs, executive teams, and boards to scale organizations through hypergrowth, transformation, and acquisition. Over the course of my career, I’ve led people strategy at scale, most recently growing an organization from approximately 100 employees to more than 7,000, including large seasonal and globally distributed workforces. My work sits at the intersection of talent, operations, and governance, where people strategy directly enables revenue growth, operational discipline, and long-term enterprise value. I bring deep experience in organizational transformation, M&A integration, workforce scaling, executive succession, and compensation and incentive design, often in complex, regulated, and high-growth environments. I’ve built HR functions from the ground up, led enterprise system implementations, and partnered closely with finance, legal, and operations to professionalize infrastructure while preserving culture. In addition to my operating role, I am a nonprofit Board President (and past president of another), bringing an operator’s lens to governance, risk, leadership transition, and sustainability.
