Susan Asiyanbi is a strategist, pattern recognizer, and the person senior leaders call when facing their biggest leadership challenges. As CEO and founder of The Olori Network®, she and her team study what the strongest executives do differently—capturing the principles, practices, and pitfalls of leadership—and bring those insights to bear in real time with CEOs and their teams. The goal: workplaces that are both rigorous and joyful, because most of our waking hours are spent at work. Prior to founding Olori, Susan served as Chief Operating Officer at Teach For America, earned her MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, and built her strategic foundation at Boston Consulting Group and Sears Holdings. She is also a proud member of YPO, Chief, and the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
