I am a serial entrepreneur, having founded three companies to date. My expertise in business development, remote onboarding and international team management sуtems stems from a successful career in IT, having worked for LG Electronics, Rabota.ru, Rambler&Co and ArtStyle Group. I started my first business in 2009: the ASD Technologies Company, a developer of comprehensive software products and cloud solutions on platforms such as OpenStack and Amazon Web Services. Clients included major global brands such as Vodafone, Vestel, Mirantis, KoreaTelecom and CJ Korea. In 2012, I co-founded a platform with my business partners Sun Ung Lee and Max Azarov: Cloudike, a white label cloud storage solution for carriers and service providers. In 2017, I co-founded my second business with Max: Novakid, a leading online English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) learning platform that is reinventing the way children aged between 4 to 12 years old learn English. As the COO of Cloudike and Novakid, my focus is on building and managing result-driven remote teams based on five continents. My responsibilities include business development, team management and international onboarding.
