I am the Global Studio Director and General Management Council (GMC) Member, at Space Matrix, a leading workplace interior design and build firm with a global presence and a diverse portfolio of clients. I have over 24 years of experience in the field of architecture and design, out of which nearly 18 are in the corporate real estate industry. I am passionate about creating sustainable and inclusive workplaces that empower people and enable organizations to thrive. In my current role, I manage the Global Studio platform, a strategic partnership between Space Matrix and IA, both preeminent international interior design firms, which have a collective history of 63 years of serving our corporate clients globally. The platform connects over 1400 workplace specialists across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, and delivers value to our international corporate customers. I remain primarily agentic in my role and operations. I also oversee our company-wide client success/account management plan, strategic partnerships, ensuring high levels of trust and satisfaction. I was a certified LEED-accredited professional, am an MCR, and served as a CoreNet Global Singapore Chapter board member of the L&D team through the pandemic, as well as its DE&I ambassador from 2021 to 2023. I am a published poet and author.
