Brandi Watterson is the owner and CEO of Brighton Academy, a preschool that sets children up for success through an enriching program and curriculum. Watterson entered the world of entrepreneurship in 2009 after purchasing Brighton Academy. Over the past fourteen years, she’s grown the organization to multiple locations across The Woodlands, Texas, in addition to forming a partnership with Sam Houston State University Charter School. In 2020, she launched Treetop Friends, a curriculum program for childcare and preschool centers nationwide. In 2022, she formally founded Brighton Our World, a nonprofit organization that teaches children to have a philanthropic approach toward others. When she’s not working, she focuses her energy on mentoring women in her community from a faith-based and leadership standpoint. She loves to stay active and has competed in multiple Ironman triathlons throughout the years. Additionally, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, three daughters and son-in-law.
