I am a lawyer who coaches lawyers. I team with outstanding attorneys around the world, empowering them to achieve their full potential through leadership and performance coaching. I hold a Professional Certified Coach designation from the International Coaching Federation. I've teamed up with in-house counsel in some of the most well-known organizations in the world, managing partners in mid-sized law firms, as well as with true solo lawyers who have an entrepreneurial mindset and ethos and want to achieve their full potential. Prior to pivoting to coaching, I practiced law for twenty-four years, owning and leading a successful small law firm for sixteen of them. I currently call Boise, Idaho, home base, with my wife, Michelle, and our yellow Labrador retriever, Olive. Our daughter, Allie, lives close by. Boise is considered “home base” because I have a passion for travel, which I do regularly, spending up to five months somewhere else in the world at any given time.
