Chantée L. Christian is an ambassador of awareness with two decades of experience in management consulting and coaching. As founder of My Best SHIFT, she helps leaders align strategy with self-awareness to lead with intention, clarity, and authenticity. She brings a unique blend of emotional intelligence, business acumen, and social impact to clients across sectors, including Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, universities, and federal agencies. At the core of her work is a commitment to being a catalyst for growth and change through inspired action. Chantée is the founder of CCMedia, the publishing imprint behind the acclaimed bestseller Awareness Put Me On. A 4x bestselling author and award-winning podcaster, she also created Unspoken Truths of Being Black, an award-winning series that explores critical issues through the lens of heightened awareness and lived experience. In 2021, she was recognized as a Northern Virginia 40 Under 40 honoree for her cross-sector leadership and community impact. A lifelong learner, Chantée holds a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and an MBA from Webster University. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Practitioner, a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), and holds a Strategic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Management Executive Certificate from Georgetown University. Beyond the titles and accolades, she’s a true Aquarius who moves to the beat of her own drum. She enjoys a good libation, traveling, and shopping (even if only through the window). Most of all, she loves belly laughs and creating core memories.
