Rodney Drake has nearly 20 years of experience in the banking industry, bringing a 360° perspective across fraud, operations, servicing, and product. He spent a decade at KeyBank, where he advanced from business banker to VP of Consumer & Small Business Strategy, leading initiatives in workplace banking, financial education, and underserved markets while partnering with product teams to launch new solutions across the bank’s footprint. Today, as Chief Strategy Officer at VALID Systems, Rodney leads product, marketing, and growth, working with the nation’s largest financial institutions, fintechs, community banks, and credit unions to deliver solutions at the intersection of fraud prevention and customer experience. He lives in Cleveland, OH with his wife, their four children, and two dogs.
