I am the Head of AI & Engineering at Broccoli AI, where we are building AI Voice Agents that supercharge operations for field service businesses. From automating appointment bookings to handling real-time customer queries, our AI agents are designed to act as virtual team members—driving revenue, reducing operational load, and enabling 24/7 support. At Broccoli AI, we’ve architected a voice-first AI platform that integrates seamlessly with leading tools like ServiceTitan, and our technology is now being deployed by some of the most forward-thinking contractors in North America. We’ve built a robust, scalable system that can understand, reason, and act across complex voice workflows—turning previously manual touchpoints into intelligent, automated conversations. With a background in machine learning, speech systems, and cloud infrastructure, I lead our AI roadmap and technical team to build systems that are both highly performant and production-grade. Previously, I worked on large-scale API orchestration, data pipelines, and GenAI-powered assistants across B2B platforms—experience that now fuels Broccoli AI’s infrastructure and ML stack. Before Broccoli AI, I led engineering efforts that integrated over 40+ OEM APIs for a telematics platform, built a stateful assistant using OpenAI tools, and designed retry workflows using AWS Step Functions to handle rate-limited APIs. My work sits at the intersection of AI usability and infrastructure reliability, aiming to make conversational AI not just powerful—but production-ready.
