Cinira Baldi is a purpose-driven leader dedicated to creating a more equitable, resilient world where every individual and community has the opportunity to thrive. With more than three decades of experience spanning nonprofit impact, humanitarian relief, and corporate strategy, she brings both vision and action to the work of transforming generosity into lasting change. As Chief Executive Officer of Good360, Cinira is inspired to grow the organization’s innovative model of turning surplus into sustainable support for people facing disaster, hardship, or urgent need. Under her leadership, Good360 continues to build upon the more than $21 billion in goods distributed to communities worldwide—transforming corporate generosity into tangible, real-world change and helping strengthen community resilience. Throughout her career, Cinira has been guided by a deep belief in the power of people and communities to rise when given the right tools and support. As Chief Development & Communications Officer at Project HOPE, she championed a vision of shared humanity and global solidarity, securing board approval for a $15 million, four-year capacity-building initiative and growing annual revenue from $7 million to nearly $60 million to expand access to health and humanitarian care worldwide. At Mercy Corps, she led the Mass Markets team to generate more than 67% of the agency’s unrestricted revenue, advancing the organization’s mission to help people build better lives in times of crisis and change. Her work has taken her to Uganda, Thailand, Jordan, the Dominican Republic, China, and Indonesia, where she’s seen firsthand the resilience and strength that emerge when opportunity meets compassion. Earlier in her career, Cinira spent nearly two decades in corporate marketing, communications, and sales, learning how to build movements, not just markets. Her experiences at Qwest Communications, SCA Direct, and AARP helped shape her belief that business innovation can—and should—be a force for good. Cinira holds a B.A. in Psychology from George Mason University and has completed extensive leadership and change management training. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and twin daughters, who inspire her daily to work toward a world where everyone has access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
