Corinne Post, Ph.D., is an award-winning diversity and leadership scholar who analyzes execs, C-suites and boards with a focus on diversity. She’s written about the growing strategic importance of inclusive leadership skills, how companies can communicate more effectively about DEI initiatives, and why executives still downplay their own identities, harming CEO diversity goals. Post is the Fred J. Springer Endowed Chair in Business Leadership and professor of management at Villanova School of Business, Philadelphia. She is also a visiting faculty at IMD Business School, where she directs the Inclusive Leadership Program. In 2022 she received the Academy of Management Sage Award for Scholarly Contributions in the field of Gender & Diversity in Organizations.
