Rajesh Gharpure is the Chief Delivery Officer responsible for Cloud & Infrastructure, Enterprise IT Security, Intelligent Automation, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Integration, CX Transformation and Salesforce service lines. Rajesh has over 27 years of experience in Global Delivery and Operations, Digital Transformation, Consulting and Finance at LTI. He brings with him rich industry experience running large global delivery organizations, building competencies, providing thought leadership to clients, and leading various internal transformation initiatives for organization growth and excellence. Prior to joining Persistent, Rajesh was an Executive Vice President and Global Delivery Leader at LTIMindtree. Rajesh has completed a Bachelor and Master’s in Commerce from Mumbai University. He also holds professional qualifications as a Cost Accountant from ICWAI, Company Secretary from ICSI, and a Certified Public Accountant from the Virginia State Board of Accounting, USA. In addition, he has completed the Executive Program in Strategic HRM from XLRI. Recently, he achieved the major milestone of being awarded a PhD in Faculty of Management from Symbiosis International University for his studies in digital transformation and corporate financial performance. Rajesh is well known in the industry and is a regular speaker sharing his knowledge and experience with industry peers. He has been recognized with multiple coveted awards and recognitions. He was awarded Business Transformation Leader for 2022 by Mint. He loves traveling, swimming, and listening to music. He is based in Pune and is married to Manjiri; they have two daughters, Nisha and Nikhita.
