As National Managing Partner, Client Relationship Development, my goal is to lead the development and execution of Deloitte’s client relationship strategy – the combination of technology and powerful experiences designed to develop and nurture relationships with individuals across their career arc and help client executives and their teams push to new possibilities. Specialty in Strategic Transformation, Growth Strategy and Global Partnerships: I continue to maintain my client leadership roles in the Technology Industry and am excited to be working with other Deloitte strategic clients. I find great satisfaction bringing the breadth and depth of Deloitte to offer creative approaches and innovative solutions to complex business issues. Transparency and trust are essential, and I hold myself accountable for my actions and decisions with an expectation of the same from everyone on my team. I am keenly interested in developing the next generation of leaders. Passion for inclusivity and advocacy for women: I previously led Deloitte’s Inclusion (Diversity & Wellness) initiatives for the West Region and still speak on the topics of leadership, inclusion and unconscious bias, having recently led discussions at Stanford’s Clayman Institute for Gender Research, Forte’, Watermark, Wilpower, and the California Diversity Conference. I have consulted to many Fortune 500 companies how to build, innovate and measure success on their respective Diversity & Inclusion, including Women’s Initiatives.
