I am a co-founder and CEO at Deeper Signals. As an organizational psychologist, I specialize in talent assessment, leadership, and computational psychometrics. At NYU, I teach algorithmic responsibility and have published scientific articles on personality and machine-learning, innovation, and talent management. I recently authored "The Future of Recruitment: Using the New Science of Talent Analytics to Get Your Hiring Right". Previously I led product innovation at RHR International and Hogan Assessments Systems.
