I’m Jesus Arrieta, co-founder of Jibaritos y Más and founder and CEO of Jibaritos on Harlem in Chicago. What began as a family dream has grown into a celebrated restaurant group that showcases the rich flavors and spirit of Puerto Rican cuisine. My goal has always been to build more than restaurants — to create a movement that honors our culture, uplifts our community, and sets new standards for Latino entrepreneurship. Beyond our restaurants, I’ve developed a frozen food line and hot sauce brand designed to bring authentic Puerto Rican flavors into homes across the U.S. I’ve been featured by ABC7 Chicago, Eater Chicago, and WLS News, and I’m proud to represent the new generation of Hispanic entrepreneurs shaping the future of food in America. For me, success means purpose, consistency, and never forgetting where you come from.
