Jon DeSouza is a business executive who is at the forefront of the most relevant trends in the industrial space. In the last couple of years, Mr. DeSouza has successfully introduced game changing technologies to the Americas market, including a universal PDU connector for connectorizing data centers and Industrial Single Pair Ethernet. Mr. DeSouza is currently the Global CSMO (Chief Sales & Marketing Officer), Member of the Board at HARTING Technology Group and President & CEO, HARTING Americas. Mr. DeSouza joined HARTING in December of 2008, and since then he has led the organization to significant market share, triple digit revenue growth as well as the expansion of the company's footprint and operations in the Americas by designing and executing an extensive restructuring process and strategic plan for the region.
