Daniela Landherr is an entrepreneur, executive coach, and founder of The Human Space, a consultancy redefining how organizations build trust at scale. A former Head of Talent Engagement for EMEA at Google, she works with executive teams, boards, and founders to create psychologically safe spaces where people can have the real talk, build trust, and scale it across the organization. Her work helps leaders regulate emotions under pressure, navigate emotional triggers with composure, and communicate in ways that inspire action and belonging. She enables teams to move from alignment to aliveness - where clarity, courage, and care shape lasting impact. Daniela holds an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business, specializing in the system-psychodynamics of leadership and organizational behavior. A member of the Forbes Coaches Council, she lectures in Executive MBA programs, speaks on stages worldwide, and serves on several boards. Her firm, The Human Space, was honored with the Inc.
