Andy serves as Inventive Group’s founder and CEO, and has more than 20 years of software consulting and leadership experience. He’s been with Inventive since 2016, and as CEO, takes the utmost pride in improving lives with technology, each and every day. Andy is currently a firefighter for Elgin Fire Department. He also serves as a member of Texas Search and Rescue and Team Rubicon. After an honorable discharge from the Army in 1998, Andy immediately started digging into the technology scene. Having served in 2nd Ranger Battalion and 14th Military Intelligence, Andy is capable of tackling stressful situations while keeping his exuberant smile fully intact. He’s a technologist, collaborator, sarcastic optimist, and solution-discovery wizard who loves learning about people's problems and helping push them forward.
