Troy Lester is the Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Warp Technology, a logistics company rebuilding the backbone of American freight. His career began in the driver seat of a 2006 Infiniti running deliveries across New York City, where he developed a lifelong obsession with how things move. From food and grocery startups to a twenty-minute delivery app in Manhattan, Lester learned every layer of the supply chain firsthand, from warehousing and routing to sortation and middle-mile freight. His first logistics venture, Covet Shipping, pioneered micro warehousing for same-day delivery and was later acquired by AxleHire, where he helped scale revenue from ten million to one hundred million and supported operations sorting more than one hundred thousand parcels per day while mastering the economics of parcel and freight networks. At Warp, Lester and cofounder Daniel Sokolovsky set out to modernize the most overlooked segment of logistics, the middle mile. Warp now operates more than fifty cross docks, ten thousand carriers, and fifteen hundred active LTL lanes across the United States, supporting the middle-mile operations of major retailers and Fortune 500 brands. Its platform unifies routing, visibility, and orchestration into a single operating system that moves millions of pounds of freight every week with real-time precision.
