Fredrick Redd is an accomplished C-suite executive, business strategist, and creative leader with a unique career spanning engineering, consulting, the arts, and endurance athletics. He currently serves as Chief Business Development Officer at PACO Group, Inc., and has previously held senior executive roles including CEO roles at PMRG and Assai Management Consulting in New York City. He also has 3 PMI certifications in Risk Managment, Project Management and Scheduling. In 2022, he was recognized by the Port Authority of NY & NJ receiving a Trailblazer Award for creating and leading its first Project Management Office for a $32 billion capital program. His innovative leadership has continued to gain national attention, earning him in 2025 a Trendsetters Award at the FUELD Conference (Vegas), the FLUXX Award for Transportation Infrastructure Consulting (Hong Kong), and recognition by MSN News.
